The mailing address of the owner of record.

The zoning designation that covers the majority of the property.

| Beds/Baths |
The number of bedrooms, or rooms capable of being used as bedrooms, of the primary
improvement, and the number of bathrooms of the primary improvement.

| Floors |
The number of floors of the primary improvement.
|
| Living Units |
The number of self-sustainable living units within the parcel.
|
| Adj Square Footage |
The area of the improvement adjusted for various factors such as structure,
finish and number of floors.
|
| Lot Size |
The area of the parcel in square feet or acres.
|
| Year Built |
The year the primary improvement was constructed.
|
| Legal Description |
A description of the property identifying its location and boundaries.
|
| Sale O/R |
The official record number assigned by the Clerk of the Courts Recorder's Office
for the document indicating the owner of record.
|
| Sale Date |
The month and year of sale as indicated on the document.
|
| Sale Amount |
The consideration for a transfer of real property as evidenced by the
documentary stamps paid on a recorded deed.

| Year |
The current year's and prior year's information are shown.
|
| Land Value |
The portion of the value attributed to the land only.
|
| Building Value |
The portion of the value attributed to the improvements of the property.
|
| Market Value |
The most probable price in cash, terms equivalent to cash, or other precisely
revealed terms, for which the appraised property will sell in a competitive
market under all conditions requisite to fair sale.

| Assessed Value |
An annual determination of the just or fair market value of an item or property
or the value of the homestead property as limited pursuant to s. 4(c), Art. VII
of the State Constitution or, if a property is assessed solely on the basis of
character or use or at a specified percentage of its value, pursuant to s. 4(a) or
(b), Art. VII of the State Constitution, its classified use value or fractional value.

| Homestead Exemption |
Every U.S. citizen or legal resident that has the legal or equitable title to real property
in the State of Florida and who resides thereon and in good faith makes it their permanent
home as of January 1st, is entitled to this exemption. See more details in the

| Total Exemptions |
The combined value of all exemptions, applied for and granted, on a property.

| Taxable Value |
The assessed value of the property minus the amount of any applicable exemptions provided
under s.3 or s.6, Art. VII of the State Constitution and chapter 196.
